("Joy To The World") - Music is an important part of the holiday season, and it brings us together during challenging times.

My name is Jeffrey Francom, coordinator of the Crane Candlelight Concert at the State University of New York in Potsdam.

Welcome to our candlelight celebration.

Due to safety concerns during the pandemic, we were unable to stage a full concert.

So, during this hour we are proud to present new performances from talented students and faculty, along with a few highlights from seasons past.

Sadly, after this program was recorded, we lost a cherished member and friend of the Crane School.

Dean Lonel Woods passed away after a remarkable career as a Broadway performer, secondary choral director, collegiate voice professor and dean.

We are proud to share his wonderful performance as part of this program which we dedicate to his memory.
