North Country Assemblyman Billy Jones announced that he’s resigning and giving up his seat in the New York State Assembly. He will give up the seat he has held since 2017 at the end of August. Also, Plattsburgh Town Supervisor Michael Cashman welcomed Cornwall, Ontario Mayor Justin Towndale for a tour with local business owners, and a roundtable with community leaders.
