Tentative agreement to end prison strikes, Rockwell Kent reopens
After several days of negotiations, the union representing the striking correction officers, the Department of Corrections, and the Hochul Administration have reached a tentative agreement to end the strike by corrections officers at state prisons across New York. Also, The Rockwell Kent Art Gallery on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus is once again open to the public.
