A yearly count of the nation’s homeless was held this past week in towns & cities across the country, including the North Country, where officials say the problem is growing. Governor Kathy Hochul this week announced new investments of more than $100 million for housing projects located in certified "Pro-Housing Communities” that include The City and Town of Plattsburgh.
