Tariffs on imports on hold, NYS Corrections strike week 3.
President Trump slaps 25-percent tariffs on Canadian imports on Tuesday, then 2 days later, puts most of them on hold until April. Even though many of the tariffs were, at the end of the week, put on hold, border communities are bracing for the fallout. Also, a strike by New York State corrections officers is now in its 3rd week.
